Returns & Cancellation Policy


Every product at Tura Turi has been lovingly and meticulously designed and we hope you will not need to use this page :)

However, in case of a return, you need to let us know within 3 days of receiving the product. Please email us at info@turaturi.com and mention 'RETURNS' in the subject of the email. You will also need to attach a snapshot of the bill and date of delivery.
The returned product should be unused and in its original packaging.
The cost of sending back the product to us shall be borne by the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS
If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at info@turaturi.com and attach a picture of the damaged product.
We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.

REFUNDS
Refund payments will be processed through a NEFT bank transfer within 10 working days of us receiving the returned product.
Please email us about the product you wish to return and we shall help you choose the most efficient way of sending it back to us.

MALMAL SWADDLES
We do NOT accept returns on Malmal Swaddles for reasons of hygiene.

CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order in error and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at info@turaturi.com with 'CANCELLATION' in the subject line.
If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and arrange for a refund within 14 working days.
If the order has been dispatched we will need to treat the order as a 'Return'. Please refer to the aforementioned pointers to process your return.
