Tura Turi Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Every product at Tura Turi is made with love, and we hope you adore what you receive. But just in case something doesn't work out, here’s everything you need to know:


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  1. Muslin Swaddles, Bibs & Burp Cloths – No returns or exchanges.

  2. Onesies & Sleepsuits for babies – Eligible for exchange only.

  3. Sale Items – Not eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Limited Edition Products (Holi, Christmas, etc.) – Exchange only.

  5. Unstitched Fabric – Not eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Used or Washed Products – Cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Once Exchanged – Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned/exchanged again.


❌ Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem!

  • Email us ASAP at piyalenterprises@gmail.com with the subject: ORDER CANCELLATION and your order number.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund within 7 working days.

  • If it’s already shipped, wait for delivery and raise a return request. Refund will be issued as per refunds policy


📦 Address Errors / Undelivered Orders

  1. Please double-check your address and phone number before placing an order.

  2. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify address details.

  3. If a courier returns the order due to incomplete/wrong address:

    • A fee of ₹150 will be deducted before issuing your refund.

    • For Express Orders, actual shipping cost will be deducted.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We get it. Sometimes sizing goes wrong, especially with non-stretch malmal.
We're happy to help!

  1. Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery:

  2. Pack the item with original bill & tags.

  3. We’ll schedule a return pickup** and process once we receive and check the product.

  4. One return/exchange per order only.

  5. For exchanges:

    • Lower priced item? You’ll get store credit for the difference.

    • Higher priced item? We’ll send you a payment link for the balance. (COD not allowed for exchanges.)

  6. For faster exchanges, place a fresh order and mark the original for return.

  7. Damaged/used items will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup Info:

  • Pickup is only from the original shipping address.

  • Only 2 attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to send it to us at your own cost.

  • If your pincode isn’t serviceable or our courier partners cannot pick up the return package due to any reason, you can ship it back and get upto ₹75 refund as reimbursement. 


💰 Refunds

  1. Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, ₹75 is deducted. For COD, ₹150 is deducted.

  2. Refunds are issued via:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method or Store Credit

    • COD Orders: Refunded as Store Credit only.

  3. Refunds are issued every Monday, within 7 working days of us receiving the return and checking for damages.

  4. Items returned in used/damaged condition will not be refunded.

  5. Address issues resulting in returns will incur a ₹150 deduction.


📦 COD Orders – Special Notes

  • COD available across India (except for Unstitched Fabrics).

  • If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, we reserve the right to disable COD on your future orders. You can still shop prepaid.

  • All COD returns are refunded via store credit only. No cash/bank refunds available for COD orders.


⚠️ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or incomplete:

  • Email us at piyalenterprises@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Attach a photo AND an unpacking video, including the courier packaging.

  • We’ll resolve it ASAP!
