The soothing rose pink color will instantly brighten your day, while the soft collar provides comfort without any irritation. Perfect for hot summer days! Our customary coconut-shell buttons keep your garment plastic-free and eco-friendly, and the full sleeves will keep those pesky mosquitoes away. 

This kurta is made in a Cotton Malmal Lapet fabric. ‘Lappet’ is a style where the warp and weft of your cotton fabric is woven in such a way that it creates an intricate self-pattern. Different parts of the fabric catch light differently giving the garment extra style and depth.

These kurtas are so comfortable that you will want to wear it for pujas and playdates and literally all-day long.  When you've had your fill, upcycle it into the comfiest nightwear you can imagine. Because our malmal gets softer and softer with each wash.

3. We are committed to the environment and use wooden or coconut shell buttons. Since these are naturally sourced, sometimes it may mean tiny differences or imperfections in some buttons.

Note - Actual shades of the colour of the product may vary slightly from picture, based on photographic lighting and your display settings.


Wash Care Instructions - Dry Clean the first time. Subsequently, hand wash separately from other coloured fabric. Gets softer with every wash.

NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE / EXCHANGE ITEMS
1. For reasons of hygiene, we allow no return or exchange of Malmal Swaddles, Bibs and Burp Cloths.

2. Onesies and Sleepsuits for babies are eligible for exchanges only

3. Items bought on sale from our 33% Sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Items from limited edition collections like Holi and Christmas are eligible for exchanges only, and not returns

5. Unstiched Fabric is not eligible for return or exchange

 CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at piyalenterprises@gmail.com with 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject line. Please mention your order number at the time of cancellation.

  1. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and arrange for a complete refund within 7 working days.
  2. If you cancel your order after we ship out the product, shipping charges will be deducted, and you will be refunded for the item shopped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes when you shop online, you may go wrong with the size you buy. Especially when you're buying pure non-stretch malmal for babies. No worries! We are happy to exchange for size / design.

  2. Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order
  3. Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
  4. No return and exchange request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  5. All exchanges will be done after we receive the returns and check it for any damages.
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower value, we will ship the desired product / size. You will be issued a credit note for the balance amount, to use on your next purchase
  7. If you want to exchange your product with another design/product of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Upon payment, your new order will be confirmed and shipped out. CoD is not available during exchange transactions.
  8. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for an exchange
  9. Please note that this entire process could take up to 10-12 days. If you need a new size sooner, please place a fresh order, and mark your previous order as a return. We will refund you for the older order, once we receive it (please see section on Refunds)

 

 REFUNDS

 1. Shipping and COD charges are not refundable. You will be refunded only for the product being returned. For orders that availed of free shipping during initial purchase, a shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be deducted while issuing a refund. For COD orders, Rs 125 (Shipping + COD) will be deducted from final refund.

7. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund

8. If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.

    COD Undelivered Returns
    We offer COD to all our customers across India. 
    COD charges will be calculated at cart checkout.
    If you have ordered via COD but not accepted the delivery at final destination, we reserve the right to cancel further COD orders from your account. However, you can continue to place prepaid orders for easy shopping.

    DAMAGED GOODS
    If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at piyalenterprises@gmail.com and attach a picture of the damaged product.
    We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.

    UNSTITCHED FABRIC, MUSLIN SWADDLES & BURP CLOTHS
    We do NOT accept returns on Muslin Swaddles, Cotton Bibs and Burp Cloths for reasons of hygiene.

    The refund policy is a scam

    I have spoken about this at length and written plenty of emails.
    1. No choice is actually given at the time of return to let the customer decide fi they actually want a store credit. The store credit is the default option, and its not highlighted enough at the time of return so the customer is aware and ends up choosing the store credit option unintentionally.
    2. Even if the store credit option is chosen, it should be not such a difficult job for the company, if they really were customer centric rather than money centric, to talk to their IT team and instead cancel the gift card and give a refund on their bank card, or send money through UPI or there are a hundred other options - to release a customer from the gift card trap , if they really wanted to.
    But You would rather have an unhappy customer make a forced purchase- whether they need to or not!
