Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order
Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
No return and refund request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will check for damages, and issue your refund within 7 working days.
Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund
If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.
DAMAGED GOODS If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a picture of the damaged product. We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.
UNSTITCHED FABRIC, MUSLIN SWADDLES & BURP CLOTHS We do NOT accept returns on Muslin Swaddles, Cotton Bibs and Burp Cloths for reasons of hygiene.
