Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer** located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@turaturi.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Returning Your Items

You must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Items must be returned to:

Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Once returned, please share the tracking links for us to track the returned order. 

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes
The following applies to all orders shipped outside India.

1. Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country are set by that country's government and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee, and Tura Turi has no control over them and cannot waive, reduce, or refund them. We recommend checking your own country's import rules before placing an order.
2. If an international order is held, refused, or returned because the customer chooses not to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, we will attempt to recall the shipment where possible. This is not guaranteed once a parcel is with customs, and it may take some time.
3. If and when the item is returned to us, we will refund the order value minus all shipping costs incurred by us — both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping — as these are charged to us by the courier regardless of delivery.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
