Refund policy

Every product at Tura Turi has been designed and made with a lot of love, and we hope you will not need to use this page :)

NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE / EXCHANGE ITEMS
1. For reasons of hygiene, we allow no return or exchange of Baby Onesies, Sleepsuits, Malmal Swaddles and Burp Cloths.

2. Items bought on sale from our 'What a SALE' and 'Diwali Sale' section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Special limited collections like the Holi and Christmas Collection are not eligible for returns, but only exchanges for size.

4. Each order is eligible for return or exchange just once. Requests to exchange a product that has been previously exchanged will not be approved.

CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at piyalenterprises@gmail.com with 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject line. Please mention your order number at the time of cancellation.

  1. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and arrange for a complete refund within 7 working days.
  2. If you cancel your order after we ship out the product,  shipping charges will be deducted, and you will be refunded for the item shopped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes when you shop online, you may go wrong with the size you buy. Especially when you're buying pure non-stretch malmal for babies. No worries! We are happy to exchange for size / design.

Please note  -
* Our courier partner will attempt a reverse pick up twice. Please handover your return or exchange items to them. After 2 failed attempts the reverse pick up will be cancelled and you will have to ship back the item to us on your own.
Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once. 

* In case your pin code is not serviceable by our reverse logistics partners, or there are courier-related delays, our team will reach out to you and ask you to ship the return product back to us. A maximum of Rs 75 will be issued to you as a credit note for this.

  1. Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
  3. No return and exchange request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  4. All exchanges will be done after we receive the returns and check it for any damages.
  5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower value, we will ship the desired product / size. You will be issued a credit note for the balance amount, to use on your next purchase
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another design/product of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Upon payment, your new order will be confirmed and shipped out. CoD is not available during exchange transactions.
  7. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for an exchange
  8. Each order is eligible for return or exchange just once. Requests to exchange a product that has been previously exchanged will not be approved.
  9. Please note that, due to Covid, this entire process could take up to 15 days. If you need a new size sooner, please place a fresh order, and mark your previous order as a return. We will refund you for the older order, once we receive it (please see section on Refunds)

 

 REFUNDS

 1. Shipping and COD charges are not refundable. You will be refunded only for the product being returned. For orders that availed of free shipping during initial purchase, a shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be deducted while issuing a refund. For COD orders, Rs 125 (Shipping + COD) will be deducted from final refund.

4. Once we receive your returns request, we will arrange for the returns pick up. Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.

5. No return and refund request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

6. Once we receive your return, we will check for damages, and issue your refund within 7 working days.

7. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for a refund

8. If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.

9. If you choose store credit as a refund option, we will not be able to change it to a cash refund later.

10. For refunds of COD orders, we use a third party provider called RazorpayX. You will receive a mail and message from RazorpayX with your refund amount. You can enter your details and choose your preferred account to receive your refund.

    COD Undelivered Returns
    We offer COD to all our customers across India. 
    COD charges will be calculated at cart checkout.
    If you have ordered via COD but not accepted the delivery at final destination, we reserve the right to cancel further COD orders from your account. However, you can continue to place prepaid orders for easy shopping.

    DAMAGED GOODS
    If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at piyalenterprises@gmail.com and attach a picture of the damaged product.
    We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.

    UNSTITCHED FABRIC, MUSLIN SWADDLES & BURP CLOTHS
    We do NOT accept returns on Muslin Swaddles, Onesies, Sleepsuits, Cotton Bibs and Burp Cloths for reasons of hygiene.
